If I lease a field and grow bean in it, then it is *I* who gets to decide who can take pictures of the beans.OTOH, if I rent an apartment in a building, then it is the landlord who must make the improvements to the building. Still *I* get to decide who can enter my apartment and take pictures of my cats. Yet the landlord *can* prevent my guests of taking pictures in *his* hallways. ROAR |
