I don't remember pre-1954, but by the time I began to ride around the system at the end of 1956, the Culver-Nassau ran express on 4th Avenue and south through the Nassau Loop, skipping DeKalb both ways. Other hours, the Culver Local ran via tunnel both ways to Chambers Street.

I don't recall overnight at the time, but later on the Culver Shuttle ran 36-4 to Ditmas late nights and eventually 9th-Avenue-Ditmas full time. Even then the cuts weren't finished. The Shuttle operated with two tracks and two trains during most hours, eventually becoming the single track.

" All but one girder (I think) of the Chestnut Street ramp."
I think there are as many as 3 pairs of girders in the middle showing the crossover zig-zagging over.

"The Lex connection at Broadway (completely?)"
At street level, there's slight irregularity in the girders. Also, one pillar protrudes out into the sidewalk a little more than the others.

The stub end terminals at Van Sicklen and Cypress Hills are still apparent on the J line in the middle of the structure.

Fulton Ferry extension west of Marcy is quite apparent.

I took this picture of the Chestnut St. remnants in 1999. I'm not sure if they still exist.

The usual pattern for the Culver during non rush was 4 Av lcl via tunnel both directions relaying at Chambers St. During AM rush hours Culver lcls ran N/B via the tunnel and returned S/B via the bridge. Culver exps ran N/B via the bridge and S/B via the tunnel bypassing DeKalb in both directions using a unique switch which carried the Culvers from the tunnel into the bypass with the controlling home signal displaying a unique bottom blue aspect. In the PM, N/B Culver lcls ran via the bridge and returned S/B via the tunnel. Culver expresses ran N/B via the tunnel using a similar switch to get from the bypass into the tunnel and returned S/B via the bridge. The switches between the bypass and the tunnel were removed when the Dekalb platforms were extended north and the additional tracks to the Brighton Line added S/O the station. Also removed during the Dekalb realignment were tracks that allowed Brighton trains to access the bypass S/O the station. West End lcls operating into Nassau St followed a similar pattern to the Culvers during rush hours and did not operate middays until sometime around 1960 when the Culver became a full time shuttle between 9 Av and Ditmas. With the elimination of through Culver service, West End was provided middays by lcls to Chambers St and West End expresses operated rush hours only.

Thanks for your list.

and moving to the Bronx - at 180th St. is there still a short stub/ partial bent that is the remains of the original Bronx Park terminal, later shuttle?

& posted many times: Gunhill Ave. - lower level structure;
Sedgewick Ave. platforms, track beds & partial tunnel;
Jerome-Anderson Ave. - street level headhouse, platforms
and track beds.

I don't ever remember Culver Locals in rush hour operating at the same time as Culver Express. West End Locals ran northbound through the Loop and back over the Manhattan Bridge.
