During AM rush hours Culver lcls ran N/B via the tunnel and returned S/B via the bridge. Culver exps ran N/B via the bridge

I don't ever remember Culver Locals in rush hour operating at the same time as Culver Express. West End Locals ran northbound through the Loop and back over the Manhattan Bridge.
