My own thought is that some very rudimentary construction was done, like readying the street, and maybe a few feet of tunneling behind the cinderblock wall.Fully built station? Unlikely. Tiled and equipped station? Remote Actual service there? No way. If any of this happened, there would be some record of it. As for why the TA has no records for the rudimentary work- well, someone else posted that relocating electrical vaults and other street work may have been done by entities other than the BoT/TA.. |
