There is an updated story regarding the BNSF employee talking on a cell phone who walked in front of a 79 MPH train and was killed.

A reminder to all who work around rails--your outlook for long term survival is not good if you allow yourself to be distracted. One of the best BNSF employees ever lost his life when he allowed a distraction to interfere with his safety.
