This is why the FDNY*EMS Operating Guide was getting thick like the Manhattan phone directory around the time I left...I hear tell that future editions of this rulebook will come on two DVDs...while those will be a lot easier to carry, THAT's a LOT of pages to scroll through!An old chief I knew used to call the ever-growing Guide the Book of F*ck-Ups, because it did, as has been noted here, get thicker every time someone messed up. |
