Can you imagine the grief of the person who called the BNSF employee at that moment? Knowing that it was your call that was the instigator of this man's death, and also hearing all of the events while listening or talking on the phone? Whether the call was work related or from a family member or friend, that has got to be heart-breaking.Mike |
