Is that commuter willing to work that amount of overtime? Not everybody is. I'm sure there is some forced overtime there, esp. MTA Police for security purposes.

I'd guarantee that you can count on one hand the number of NYCT workers in that 140. Yet NY1 counts it as NYC news. They are not seen outside of NYC. If NY1 wants to get the real truth, I'm sure MTA can break it down by subsidiary for them.
