"it is indestry standard to replace subway service with shuttle busses when constuction work like this has to be done. "That's nice, but there are parallel subway stations on both sides, 2-4 blocks away depending on the station. We're talking about Lenox Ave, not Queens Blvd. Also, those other subway systems shut down overnight. It's probably rare that they would have to provide shuttle service. |
