Definitely Queens!! Taxes too damned high in Nassau, though the prices are right!! Queens Village, Addesleigh Park (if I spelled that right, aka St. Albans) and Bellerose are my target areas. I wanna still be able to have reasonable commutes to and from work and a somewhat broad option of crew bases to work out of if one gets a little dry as far a good runs I can hold. |
