The Northeast's highways are far more interesting in my opinion. LA is tentatively planned as a winter trip in conjunction with San Diego, presuming the funds are appropriated for it. Otherwise, the priority for now is German Stadtbahns at the international level and the Pacific Northwest and Central Canada at the North American level. LA and San Diego come after that, and I'll wait for Chicago after the (slight) improvements to the rail corridor to St Louis to knock of that city's small light rail network as well. |
