The sad thing though, is that as predicted by some analysts before even construction, the 40kph(25mph) restriction in the loops and the single lane access (although two-lane wide) from one direction is already creating congestion. But those articles may have been written by NIMBY supporters. I emailed a long time friend who's now a limo/livery driver in Tokyo and its greater area. Let's see what he has to say. |
