Well, you did know what this was testing for, and so you would have answered it in that frame of mind, and questions such as:

Do you have excellent long-term memory in subjects that interest you?

Are true for all people, its such a standard finding in psychology that you can use it as a demonstration in lectures (e.g. soap opera plots).

Don't forget that this is why horoscopes are so convincing. People are flexible enough in how they see themselves to adapt their perception to the vaguely worded horoscope rather than actually scrutinse the content and specificity.

Try some roleplay, imagine you are an art critic or a football fan, and try filling out the form. Don't forget that with questions such as:

"Are you very logical and get surprised or impatient when others aren't? "

that there is more than one logic that can be applied to the world.

I would love to see the scoring key for this questionnaire. Like most pop psychology, it looks as though it would wilt under scrutiny.
