Nah, the "year and a day" of Yank tort law is long gone - this was the early 1970's and IBM. But after that episode, I learned to walk out on interviews where they even entertained such. Same for "drug tests" ... see any track marks? Are my eyes bloodshot? Did I make a "foo pas" in judgement or otherwise indicate "suspicious behavior?" If the answer is no, then "NEXT!"

As I near "senior citizen status," I never cease to be amused at the faddish things generally accepted as "wisdom." Heh. I'll settle down with the reality that has served me well all these years ... "NEVER take life too seriously, and BEWARE of those who do. Moo." =)
