I clicked two sets of colours at random, and got something different.

Of course, subtle shades are hard to show on computer monitors in any case, maybe if mine was set up correctly I would have been well-adjested.

Seriously though, I think that anyone who has ever been turned down for a job on the basis of a personality questionnaire has grounds for legal action on the following basis:

There is little or no evidence that certain personality scores are associated with success at particular jobs.

Therefore, anyone turned down is being discriminated against illegally: certain personality profiles are being denied access to jobs without evidence that they would perform badly at the jobs.

Any lawyers watching? I would be happy to be an expert witness!
