I don't understand how that should warrant less service even if it's true. The C would still be the only line serving many local stops which Brooklyn passengers use and it is the only line serving Franklin Av w/ a transfer to the Shuttle. I wonder if WTC could even terminate anymore trains than it already does at most times. |
