Well if they don't mind, sure, but you'll be looking crazier than the one on the phone. But what I was saying, is that if you see someone loud on the phone, BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL and ask them to quiet down a bit, only if you feel you desperately need to have some quiet time (As if you can in NYC). Remember, my original opinion was to just let it be, find something else to do if you must. |
