But, funky lunch or not, its part of the job, like the station agents who must deal with angry passengers, who are only mad due to something wrong they did. I think I can ask anyone in the MTA, and most of them would probably say most passengers don't like to take responsibility for stuff they cause or do, but will blame it on the personnel or someone else, for no good reason and to take blame off themselves. Though that's just something anyone can do or has done. |
