I can't speak in any official capacity, but the car was intended to be preserved for TMNY (Kingston). The Museum's Board made a decision to de-accession the car, that is, 353 was no longer part of Kingston's collection. It sat at Travis for a number of years.IIRC, Branford's 388 and Seashore's 366 were also at Travis with Car 353. -Stef |
