Hank, I will respect your privacy by not asking where you live, but this is the only way to contact you.

I, myself and others travel two hours or more each way when we go. One thing I have found helpful and enjoyable is to carpool with others who are heading up for the day.

Personally, I have met members at LIRR- Jamaica Station, Jewel Ave and the Van Wyck, Whitestone Lanes, Queens Surface (before the MTA takeover), Northern Blvd and the CIP and well as Pelham Bay (#6 line) in the Bronx.

If you want to we can either carpool or pick you up if you are near these spots.

Otherwise e-mail me privately and some of us can brainstorm a solution to your problem.
