But in those days, of course, the NHV-BOS electrification hadn't been completed - although lots of other electrification had been completed, which was dismantled during the McGinnis era at the NYNH&HRR.And 60 Hz AC is the modern standard, whereas the early AC projects used 25 Hz. |
