For sure, the NY Connecting Railroad/Bay Ridge Branch I believe, and others stuff that one sees remnants of in CT right into present day. I'll leave the question to our more knowledgeable historians.McGinnis Administration plans were for the dual mode FL9s to do most of the work, and to cut back on electric-hauled freight. |
