It should be noted that many of the ex-NJT C1 low plats were sold rather than scrapped, with Frontrunner getting the lion's share (after Georgia DOT was prevented from buying them).By retiring, it's entirely possible that they will end up with someone else secondhand---such as SEPTA, MARC, or Metro-North. |
