That doesn't mean the C3's will be retired and replaced by multilevels, it only means the money intended for their overhauls will be used to buy new cars. I'd imagine the C3's will be retained until they begin falling apart, which at 18 they won't. If they truly don't want them, the MTA should purchase them. |
