This connection would have to be rebuilt, & a switch installed slightly east of the present location, allowing use of the ex-PRR Chestnut Hill line to access the NEC. This IMO is the least expensive of the options discussed. Signalling is in place, room for more trackage ,if needed, exists, & the switches across the NEC are already being used & maintained.
