Officially..They are saying its PERFECTLY and LEGALLY PERMITTED to take picture...UNOFFICIALLY..they are saying HARASS.. BADGER...ALL PHOTOGS..Perhaps it will curb the pictures.. THAT is the problem in a nutshell which is why a major class action suit is needed to bring the city to its knees on this issue!!!! |
