Probably grumpy over piss poor starting pay, and now talk their raises might be stalled unless the PBA agrees to mentioned givebacks to the city, and looking to take it out on anyone. The NYPD are not very popular these days, this is for sure!! Placard abuse, getting away with major crimes, robbing banks, etc etc etc!! Forgive them, they know not what they do!! (Yeah right!! lol) |
