It probably won't happen anyway if the actions of dishonorable revenue enhancement were under the Taylor Law but the quotas aren't any concern. Through discipline, cops get reassigned to precincts far from home, so since they are so shorthanded, a few less tickets, refusal to work forced overtime for courts and a strong PBA rebuttal might help them more off than giving up the rookie vacations and other concessions they were looking for last CBA |
