CSX still wants Maryland to pay for lowering the floor in the Howard Street tunnel so CSX can run double stacks, not a chance. That grade separation of the Alexandra subdivision at MD-450 Annapolis Road in Bladensburg was a highway project.A friend of mine worked on the last contact with CSX for the Camden and Brunswick line for MARC. He remarked he'd rather have a root canal with no anesthetic than do that again. |
