Of course, expect a 10 round fight from CSX for any improvements on the Camden and Brunswick lines, or Maryland to spend $$$$$ for their own tracks.My guess is CSX will come out the bigger winner with the added track capacity. You are aware that Maryland SHA with the cooperation CSX has grade separated the Alexandra subdivision at MD-450 Annapolis Road in Bladensburg. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
