As a tiny CSX stockholder, all I can say is the geniuses in Jacksonville need some 2x4 to the skull treatments. Maryland should demand that if the stae pays for a third main track, they OWN it meaning the state is entitled to 1/3 of all "slots" on the route. By me CSX should be threatened w/ EPD to get their attention. This is a RR which can't deliver to consignees in a reliable manner and has constant signal failures/freight trains BIE--subscibe to MARC and VRE updates to watch . |
