I do agree that if you are going to build the SAS tracks to South Ferry (on the Water Street branch), there should be a station there as well (with transfers there to the 1/N/R/W).I would also do it with a provision of a that such a tunnel would then continue to perhaps have such a branch of the SAS to Staten Island down the road. |
