I agree.

Nassau st is too far west to be useful here..and lets face it..its one heck of a walk from Fulton st/Nassau complex to the SeaPort area.

The Water st subway Should be built..without question it will be a boon for the neighborhood.
The glaring problem here is that there wont be a SOUTH FERRY STATION,even though the line tail tracks will end under the FERRY TERMINAL area,under the Upper NY Bay..

The subway line is SO important..that it should be constructed from the Chrystie st subway's Grand st station..Instead of the so called "deep bore station" of the current SAS plan...and it should be done TODAY.
