There isn't that much of a demand for mass transit along the Water Street corridor. And even if it is built, Phase 4 will NOT offer as much transfers as the line through Nassau.In fact, advancing into the Bronx will be even more crucial after Phase 3A and 3B (the connection to the Montague via Nassau). Perhaps it could run on an el structure above 3rd Ave in the Bronx. |
