It already has a connection to several lines at Fulton and would take ppl into Southern Brooklyn, while more or less mirroring the 4/5 line. Why not take advantage of it and use it? The M certainly is not making the most of it since it only runs thru Lower Manhattan rather than from Midtown or Uptown... |
