I hope it's not a case of "Fresh-From-Schoolcar T/O" meeting a Bumper Block in the tunnel...Not to be mean but.. IF it is Schoolcar takes the hit.. IF its a T/O with time EVERYBODY takes the hit one way or another.. From Supt's on down... It rolls ALL the way down in RTO.. |
