Sure does suggest brake failure ... on my last day with the teeyay, I had several call-ons which I stopped for, did my business and then proceeded at yard speed. The last stop in front of the train ahead of me didn't happen when I pulled that last service, threw the handle, let go of the controller and reached for the cord. By the time it finally dumped, too late.

Hope the person in the cab is OK and sorry to hear they got banged up enough to go to the hospital. Given MY wreck, what isaw in that photo wasn't as bad as the one I was in, though it looks like a fairly similar end result. :(
