Headways are shorter and the trains AREN'T packed in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. Unfortunately local is the only way to go as far as Northern Manhattan residents go. Deal. Nothing up there justifies an express. In the short term it would hurt more people than it would help. What should be added are more trains on the local between SF and 137. |
