THAT is not simple!Lion would take the east-most yard track and cause it to descend and loop under the yard ascending again on the west-most yard track. Declare it to be Revenue track and the hell with the fumigators. With the LION's plan all construction takes place underground and has minimal impact above. It takes only two yard tracks out of service, and does not require the construction of platforms or new roadbeds. ROAR |
