I've sent a suggestion to Manhattan Mall to reopen it, as it would be good for them to have the nice indoor connection to Penn. Not having to go up to the street could make the difference for a traveller coming to the mall or not.A nice, privately owned passage connecting different buildings spanning a long block, and connecting subway complexes on both sides is at 49th between 6th and 7th.
