Most people choose the E over the J/Z because it serves midtown, AND downtown. It takes roughly the same amount of time for the E to get to lower manhattan as the J/Z, but the E directly goes to midtown. Taking the J to get to midtown would take you an additional 20-25 minutes, a substantial amount of time! |
