But even for Midtown it's not bad.

It's terrible compared to the E.

The crowds on the Q.B. lines suck, J train gets you a seat, most times.

In Jamaica, you stand a pretty good chance of getting a seat on the E. Yes, some have to stand. Not all.

I like going by East New York and Bedford and Stuyvesant and Bushwick and Williamsburg. Passing by Kew Gardens and Forest Hills and Jackson Heights and Woodside don't hold the same thrill for me. (Jamaica and L.I.C. are the only exceptions to this, community-wise)

To the avg commuter, this isn't a concern.
