How long did you have to wait for the next express? Did you pass up a local while you were at it? What is the difference in running time on a local vs. an express from Junction Blvd. to Main St.? One minute, maybe two? You weren't satisfied in reporting the incident to the dispatcher, you had to E Mail MTA too? Sounds like double jeopardy to me. Listen to me good: the conductor made a mistake. A rookie mistake. Passenger safety was never jeopardised. The train was fully berthed in the station. It wasn't as if the conductor opened up on the street side. What kind of punishment do you want taken? Suspension? Oh yeah, I bet you have never made a mistake at your job! |
