Then why is it not a sign of the times here in London, and why was it not a sign of the times in London last July immediately following a pair of terrorist bombings? The terror threat seems to be greater here.Yet nobody bothers photographers -- because, very simply, photography is not a security threat. If anything, it enhances security. |
