Like a terrorist *could* take pictures openly, and then claim "who me, I'm just a railfan taking some pictures."No, I don't think they employ reverse psychology. If they get caught, they've screwed up big time. It is much safer to be discreet than to be open and have to face questioning. It would be sooooooooooo easy to take photos with a hidden camera or even a cell phone camera and no one would ever know. As such, only the railfans, who shoot in the open, get hassled. |
