YOU GOT IT! And the "board" won't suffer the uncertainties of "making up the difference" in exposure to DUMBASSES doing "Yo Bubba! Watch THIS!" kinda horsehockey and the LIABILITIES which might result. "Gifts to charities" is GOOD "photo-op" ... governor having to visit hospital for "Moron foamer who got electrocuted and yet LIVED" is NOT.

As we said to our "fiscal officer" often in all the places I worked ... "CUT the damned check and CLOSE this case." THEM's the reality. MOD trips did NOT have a "positive balance" in political schmoozing compared to the liabilities. And that is ALL it takes to cause the "ghods of policymaking" to put the kabosh to something "neato, swifto." :(

CUT the check, no more MOD trips.
