Back in the 1950's and 1960's, it was known as the "three on a corner" law - "inciting a riot." After that was ruled illegal in the New York courts, it got changed to "Conspiracy." All it takes is one MTA employee to pick up a phone ... now I'm not saying they will - but if they do, there's a bus garage on the west side that some folks have already visited just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.The ban IS going to happen though ... regardless of the sidewalk acts. :( |
