A year from now probably the photoban will be a null issue.

Intelligent cops (There are actually a lot, despite what's been said here.) will just ignore the photo taking unless a "Suit" is around.

When the old photo ban was in affect, a lot of shots were taken. Even when NYCT (or the BOT, or TA) didn't allow it unless you were part of the "media", lots fans were snaping shots of Low-V's, Standards, Q's, and all the other stuff running.

Even if there are a lot of tickets issued in the first months, the courts and the ajudication boards are going the get very tired of dealing with what are essentialy garbage charges and the word will be passed "Back off with these crap carges". It happened in the Thities, the Forties and the Fifties. It will happen again.
