So far, the "Patriot Act" *has* held up to judicial scrutiny, and to make things a bit worse, so were the prohibitions on photography during WWII. After all, we're at WAR, right? It's not that I disagree with you or I somehow *believe* in this stupidity - I'm merely trying to point out what IS done in the people's name in "times like these." The outcome of the election PROVES that "we" are fully in favor of this by the largest majority EVER. End of story. :( |
