This (R) would be eight car trains and based out of East New York,And to correct a couple of things from what I wrote the first time: The (W) would run Whitehall to 71st-Continental with during peak hours certain trains ending and beginning on the tunnel level of Canal Street. The (W) I originally listed would be a new "Yellow (V)" that would supplement the (N) to Astoria and take over running via the tunnel to lower Manhattan in place of the (R) that would be moved to Nassau, This (V) would run at a maximum of 6 TPH since it would be a supplement to the (N) to Astoria that would on the south end finish and start at either 9th Avenue or Bay Parkway on the (D). |
